About Jenna

​

Jenna Hine, LCSW, has been working in the social work field for over 10 years. She earned her Bachelor's in Social Work from The College at Brockport, SUNY in 2012 and her Master's in Social Work from the University at Albany in 2013.

​

Jenna's clinical work centers on the perinatal journey: family planning, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting. She also continues her longstanding work with young adults and families navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She believes individual success comes from a strong community, and she brings that same philosophy into the therapeutic setting, helping clients connect to the systems and supports around them, not just the work done in session.

Beyond her private practice, Jenna is the Founder and Executive Director of Kindred Connection Network, a Rochester-based nonprofit that connects perinatal families with the community and providers who support them. That community-building work shapes how she practices. She sees therapy as one part of a larger village, and she works alongside clients to help them build that village for themselves.

Jenna practices with trauma-informed care. Her clinical approach balances direct, honest engagement with life's challenges and a steady, one-step-at-a-time pace designed to help you sustain progress rather than burn out.

Her clinical experience spans outpatient psychotherapy with children and adults, in-home crisis intervention, hospital medicine, and emergency psychiatry.
